Member: 2495115 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 34 | Alcatel 1016g I am trying to unlock Alcatel 1016g useing SPD 3939 Searching phone; For an successful connection do the following: 1. Remove battery and usb cable 2. Insert the usb cable in the phone 3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery ERROR: SCI USB2Serial port not found ! BE sure the drivers from support were installed; I think my problem is drivers as my pc keeps finding the port as Unkown comport. I unlocked several phones before shutdown, this pc was running W7. over the three month shutdown here in uk I updated to W10. When I try to update the drivers, reinstal, i keep getting " this driver is not intended for this platform". Have I messed up? any advice gratefully received. Thank you Steve |
