Alcatel 2053D no service after flash! [SOLVED]

Hello!

A customer ask me to put romania language on alcatel 2053D, version 2053D-2AALIB1.

There was 50 phones.
I tested first 2-3 phones and seems to be ok with firmware from suport.

Now the phones are with "no service" message on screen.
I made factory reset, write initial firmware .....nothing change, only "no service" message on screen.

Any ideeas?

Because must repair the imei after for secured devices.

All phones has original imei. I must repare imei even
it is ok?

Just on question I have :-).
Phones are dual sim, on the back label are 2 imeis, normaly. But software read 4 imeis. Which one of them I must repair, the first 2, on the label or more?

i try many firmware. i try both NV files . and write imei .
but still shows no service.
its 2053x . not 2035D and its 1 sim phone.

Did you actually checked it had signal before !? What its the provider id from the back sticker ?

Its box packed . i recevid and it was no service.
than i unlocked .. still no service.
i flash and imei write but still same.

Ok so as i understand phone had no service from start right ?! Have you tried writing 2053X-2[X=A]OFUS1_EN_FR_BRAZILIAN_LATINESP.spd ?

yes i try this already .. and after that i write imei .. but still no service.
