After imei change get permanently blocked

After unlock via credits phone it's still the same (permanently blocked) and consumed multipurpose log

Code:

Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Power on the phone and power it off
2. Keep pressed firmly volume UP key
3. Insert the usb cable inside the phone while keeping pressed volume UP

You must repair imei[0] not something else and that must be done in BOOT MODE. You did that in diag mode and damaged the security so now must restore imei to original value or chnage it from BOOT MODE using credits. And for 5024a model theres no repair option enabled in BOOT MODD. For that model can only restore the original imei. Not change it
