AFTER I UNLOCKED THE PHONE WHICH WAS ASKING FOR CODE ,THE PHONE NOW
TURN ON WITHOUT SIM CARD BUT WITH SIM IT BOOT THEN IT SHOT DOWN AFTER 3 SECONDS.... I WAS TRYING TO FLASH THE FACTORY IMAGE FROM SUPPORT BUT IT DOESN T CONNECT ANYMORE WITH A ERROR....
WHAT I M DOING WRONG PLS?

IF I TRY TO UNLOCK IT AGAIN IT CONNECT AND UNLOCKING IS OK BUT SAME PROBLEM...

I M USING COM PORT WITH LG CABLE THAT I USED TO UNLOCK , SPEED IS SET TO 125200

That fault is because the phone is not compatible with the sim. I will check thru why the flash fails and get back to you

I will be waiting your reply since i have more then 20 pieces to unlock ..... Mean wile i will try to update the tool .

In the past i did unlock this type of phone and it was ok with the sim i m using now

even i tried a A392A and it did the same thing ...

with a392a if i use the code calculator from any tool , the sim i m using work and there is no problem .... if u need a pump file or i can help from my end, let me know pls

Please get from the support OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1644.rar and try to flash using it. Also get the new flash files :

i was able to unlock all the A392a and A392cc that i have ,but the 2 phones that start to have a problem after the unlocking
still shot down when i try to turn it on with a sim card.....now ithey connect but they give a error

i already downloaded OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1645.rar from support and that is why i was able to unlock the rest of the phones with no problem .... and only then (with OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1645.rar ) i ve started to see difference in connection (log 1 and log 2)

yes i always selected the good model to the phone i need to service ; and no the flashing is not starting at all , even if i try to read a fully functional phone
it does not work

Man you still use the old ver. You must get OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1645.rar and try. You still use 1644. Logs are from there !!!
