Bb 8820 unlocking but i am failed to unlock. Software showing searching usb device - GSM-Forum

Hello sir.
I activated my bb and lg. I have bb 8820 for unlock. I open software black berry smart tool v 1.0.0.593- platinum adition. Click on read and do job attached usb cable, given drivers, software showing searching device. Sir i am unlocking bb first time . I read service manual english. But cant understand why software no reading information. Pls sir help me. And guide me properly

press do job then plug your fone
make sure mass storage has been swtiched off

how can i switched off mass storage. In which option should i go in set for switched off. Pls tell me.step to step

You on setting at mass storage. also BE SURE PHONE HAS NO ENABLED PASSWORD !
