Blackberry 8520 unlock - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I ve tried to unlock BB 8520, it read code succesfully with furious, but the problem is I did not succeed in entering the code:
I type MEPD as usual and it works
but when I type MEP2 it does not work as it used to.

I unlocked several BB 8520, it is the 2nd time i get this problem.

can someone help me ?

put any sim card and use the mep2 to enter the code

hope nothing wrong with your keyboard configuration............

the keyboard works very well, the cellphone is brand new. I have tested all possible combinations of MEPD/MEPPD/MEP2/MEPP2. I am going to update the firmware and test if it works.

try with a sim inside should be fine

Well I unlocked by following usual manual. Try with sim inside and try to put directly at Sim card menu MEPP2 or MEP2
