blackberry 8520 unlock not possible

Sorry to disturbe you,
i have a problem with blackberry 8520 from vodafone uk, i try with ub and forius gold and i had same codes but none of them are working and now i have 4 try left only ,
when i put mepd nothing happens but when put mep2 i have the unlocking option.
please help me.:
