blackberry software not opening
 

i have just downloaded the blackberry software from forum but all i get is wrong applet not found update using the correct package..i dont know what to do plus i think old software should keep on working even if there is new software please help or there is new software already

I downloaded new v1.0.0.961 from support area updated pack 4 still not working why? It says applet not found update using correct pack. I updated pack 4 still the problem is same.
Any other download link? Solution please.:confused:
