Blackberry timer reset how to clear BYUR timers?

Hello firends ,
I need to remove the BUYR timer .Does Any one know how to do this? I know it can be done but cannot find on internet. I DO NOT WANT THIS INFORMATION for free. If you know how to do this contact me and I will pay you for this.

Yes mate i tried with furious to renuild imei and pin thought will help but was same so tries with policy.bin its came as IT POLICY ENABLED . its not remove but hiden now :).
