Hello forious team¡ I purchase a blackberry doungle, with a reseller calls halagsm, and i can't use it, i sent email to your site and to the reseller and the reseller answer to me that i have to pay again the activation for the pack 4 but i purchase the blackberry doungle that is only for blackberry i don't onderstand hope you can help me or tel me what to do i have 2 weeks a purches the doungle and i can't use it the doungle supose to incluide blackberry activacion because its only ofr that?. the reseller send to me an email with intruction i was wrong he did not say that i have to pay agian but the instructions don't work i am in the same problem what can i do can`t use it

you must ask your resseller to send you credits so you can use them to activate your account. Right now you have 0 credits on your account.

i am activating the pack4 but software always ask for update requried.

yes sir u r right.. software was old.. it worked with new software..
