Mr please since the 19 update i c'ant acces to the support i always get bad login
here is may password and serial number

Username : FGSMART376
Password : *********
Resseller : gsmboutique
Serial Number : 4074B621

you must connect server and generate new key file when u will do this i will be able to fix your problem.
