my 9630 cannot enter mep2,

it is show "network is blocked", when i press "mepd"

any idea for this? it is counter is full ?

make full restore by using desktop manger and will be ok

the unlock counter is blocked ( 0 try left ) no solution by public tool atm
u need direct unlock and only dm3 can help ! hope furious will work on this

Well did you try with MEPP2?

Maybe that's all the problem
