Try writing MEMORY_DUMP_HUAWEI DRA-L21_964d82c3dd19f904c265a5b5e94a3a9f.osp and after Dura-L21 1.0.0.145(C432)_Firmware_Android8.1.0.osp . If still same then some hw fault
