zte f950 big problem help

please phone network signal is off ,emei is 00000000000 please how can i fix this problem,phone came in this state,i tried to repair emei but problem not fixed.

Sorry for the delay,

customer brought phone in this state,but he told me somebody was trying to unlock it and after he gave it back to him,so later he found out signal and all menu application are not available

Imei is successfully repaired with blue-tooth 100% but still phone network signal is not coming.and also menu applications still not coming.any way to fix this problem mr, harck3r2k

Ok check on this images i think is better than before,one image is for the menu applications showed and the other is the desktop view with the network signal bar on your left,but the menu is not having all phone application and they are not located any where inside phone.just this few applications,even phone settings is not inside list.
