Furious dongle strange problem.... - GSM-Forum

i was updateing firmware pack 5 on my dongle suddenly my pc is restart and after that when ever i try to open any exe like mentinence etc i faceing that error that(no card reader fonund).so furipus team plz help me as soon as possible.i have changed mayn pc but problem is still/

plz solve my problem

looks like Your Dongle is Damaged .

Only Danile can help you in that .

i TOLD YOU ALLREADY !

1. install smart card drivrers from support
2. connect box directly to usb port (not usb hub)
3. be sure no usb hdd, smart card reader attached to pc
