[PACK 12]G900f UART factory unlock can't be done

I have fully functional S5 (g900f). UART cable ok. *#7284# PDA menu done. But phone is not seen by software. If I connect via USB (modem port) it reads IMEI, SW version etc but unlock fails. G901 BSI trick doesn't work also. Any suggestion? For me modem is UART locked or something.

I told that phone is not detected via UART connection. Every step is 'error [NO_ANSWER]. You want the log - here it is...

Code:
	FG Samsung Module v1.0.3.3
	~ SAMSUNG G900F ~
	~ FACTORY UNLOCK ~

Start at 11:22:30

Checking server 1; ok
Connecting to server; ok
Asking server for access; ok
Disconnecting from server; ok
PLEASE "WAKE UP" PHONE IF IT'S IN STANDBY OR WILL NOT BE DETECTED!
Searching for phone; ok
Reading BUILD INFO; error [ NO_ANSWER ]

for me it looks like modem have UART comunication blocked (like newer radios in i9505). FYI - phone is "woke up".

Yup - selfmade, done many i9300s, s5620, s5610... etc. with it. Cable is not a problem - that's for sure. Or maybe some other resistance should be applied?
