Exclamation help 4063f dead afther flash

i will try to flash a4063f with (4063F-2[X=A]TGMX11_8K1RFAR0) and (4063F-2[X=A]TLMX11_8K1RFTR0) but the phone stuck only in fastboot mode!



Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1813.3
Engine version 1.0.0.5490
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]

that phone has a claro locked. and i cant wipe or somenthing , so I thought if i flashing i can solve that problem!
