hi, i have Alcatel 1042x-2dvdpt1 and i try to unlock via furiosgold with otz flasher and give me this error.

(for some models keep SPACE or * (STAR) key pressed before inserting the cable)
ERROR: Device not found !

i try with many cables with com port and also dont work

please help me

Only serial cable works. And if the phone is not detected the cable you use is bad. Try switching its rx pin with tx
