Hello I hope everyone is well, try unlock this motorola e6 play from at&t Mexico but showme this error with new OTSmart_v1.0.0.4256_SEC_Edition:

(insert the USB cable in the powered off phone
or
insert the USB cable in the powered off phone while keeping volume down pressed)

Looks like drivers or phone fw issue. Is it working ok ? Try to reset it
