hi team , i have dra-lx5 and iwanted to change oeminfo so i flashed device with firmware from support using otsmart, phone is on but with pink screen, can you help me to flash it so it can work properly?

Pink screen most probably means and lcd issue. Phone will power on normally no matter which oem info you have inside

Paste log and files used. Also read partition oeminfo using otsmart and attach here as well\

Write memory dump MEMORY_DUMP_HUAWEI DRA-L21_964d82c3dd19f904c265a5b5e94a3a9f.osp from the support and after reflash the phone with factory firmware and should be ok

i flashed the device, phone boots up and after wifi setting screen goes white and dont give another option.

Have you wrote both files in the same order as i told !? Writing went ok ? Can do a video ? I see no reason such thing to happen
