then go to software info

i tried before with 142358#*# (with or without sim) but phone resterts.(now same with *854#46)
seems that someone try to unlock before

use the lg 3g free downloader and connect the phone it should read phone firmware version

Simply do READ NV and look sw version there.

i'm askng to check firmware so,if it is v11 then customer don't need to pay to send me phone.
