Or is it for those whose 1 year support is past and have not activated their boxes again who fit into this happy day promo? I would be grateful if its clarified for me to understand. Thanks as always. |

Member: 420820 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 71 | Yes exactly how you said, customers whos support has finished and have not bought 1 year support again so their boxes are not activated can only change packs during this time, is normally done once a week, a wednesday i think, for a period of 24 hours. It just allows those customers who choose not to pay for support to have full use of the box and packs during this time, they can use whatever pack(s) they have loaded on the box outside of the happy day promotion period BR Last edited by roxrox; 03-27-2010 at 12:52. |
