how to reset security code black berry 8100 i m new user pls help all brothers

i try to connct the mobile with pc and get pack 4 and do job than this new problem show the mobile i reconect the battery but same problem see the picture

You must reflash the phone.

first = flash phone with last firmware
2 - make sure security is disable
3 = put invalid sim card turn wirlless off then do job
4 = go option = simcard = type mepd to check network then press alt + mep2
it will show to u to enter network code
