hi, i am trying to unlock a k550i cid 51 and the handset always turn on and give error this is the log

Read instructions before posting. YOU MUST REMOVE RSA BEFOE UNLOCK. AND COUNTER 5 ISNT USED BY ANY MODULE SO IS 0.

COUNTERS/ASK REFILL and string generated enter it on you support area that you access using maintainance.
