hi have reflashed using support file and still give the same error

In that user case the problem was g enerated by the battery being empty. Meanwhile i have added an faster alternative way to frp reset. Can contact me over slyoe to try it !

Sorry hack3r2k but the phone is working well before attempting to remove the google account I even put in another battery and it's still the same!the software in the first attempt corrupted the boot so it is like this and does not turn on

But you dont understand what i said. batt level got very low and is not charging. Must recharge a little externally

I had to put another battery for the software to start and only after starting I put back the old battery and finally charge
