select Qmobile 3g lite then after unlock done

Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Remove battery and usb cable
2. Insert the usb cable in the phone
3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery

why to select other model when you have imo dash there ? you even have code reader for that model

Where is the code reader to try new variant.
I have a new variant of imo dash with me. this wont connect in SCI USB2SERIAL . I have tried many possible Boot keys but no luck. usually Boot key is star key in previous version. If you can help me would be great. 50 pcs wating to be unlocked.
I can take picture of the both boards old and new.

well i have managed to connect it however it only goes as far as port opened .. and then software does not do anything.
