sir. i unlock lg u890 with temporary unlock trick successfuly.but today i get another one to unlock after flash phone with temporary unlock file. if i insert 3G simcard it display on phone usim bloccata PLS HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS THX

try use another sim card 3g and post result. also remember that sim pin code must be deactivated for patch to be ok

I got 1 U890 for unlock today
Followed all instruction carefully(I hope

) Read all threads in forum but still was not succesful to unlock this phone

Downloaded both files from support
U890_64K_SIM_EASY TEMPUNLOCK.sex
U890_UNLOCK.sex

Flashed phone with file U890_UNLOCK.sex successfully. Got unavailable media file. Solved after country change.
Tried with local sim but says insert USIM. original 3G sim works fine.
(Sorry to ask this but how to know/check if sim is 32k, 64k or 128k)

I also tried the Unit Converter trick as follows

1.Flash
2.Detach phone from usb cable
3.Insert orginal simcard or any 3sim card
4.Put the usb cable (phone start charging)
5.Wait 10 sec then power on the phone.
6.Go to unit converter (the phone will restart)
7.Quickly remove battery change orginaly sim with the 64k one put battery back and wait

I changed the sim quickly but the phone freezes on 3 logo

I then flashed with file U890_64K_SIM_EASY TEMPUNLOCK.sex
Now when I tried with both local sim and 3 sim says USIM LOCKED

Tried also 142358#*# but goes into factory menu

Please can someone advise if I have done anything wrong and how I can correct this to unlock successfully

i had unlocked over 25 pieces of u890 with 64k patch. no problems.
i am sure that if you use ORIGINAL sim card from phone u will be able to unlock it.
remember that you don't need just any 128k sim card...you need ORIGINALLY sim card from provider that phone was locked
