KU970 problem still not solved

For my previous post "Nee help KU970", which was closed for no reason, the problem is still not solved. I flashed this Australian Optus KU970 with U970 Unlock firmware, but error occured after the first part of flash.
Then I flashed the U970 DU firmware (for Australia), the flashing process was completed. However phone boot up with screen showing "unavailable media file". Tried to change all country code, and problem still not solved.
The customer was mad and so am I. Please help me.

Your not alone with this problem.

We have the exact same unit from OPTUS AUS, stamped KU970 on rear housing, and internal chips also identify it as KU970.

Flash it with any KU970 flash file results in "Unavailable Wallpaper Image" except for the file "KU970-BINARIES-V10a-APR-09-2007-AUS-OPT+4.sex" which fails after 10 seconds.

Hacker has told us to flash it as a U970 which i have tried _every_ flash file from the support site and tried every country on every one of the U970 flash files and they all come up with the error "Unavailable Media File"

We have had to buy a new unit for the customer and are awaiting for a solution to get this board up and running.
