Furious -No Card Reader(s) Found - GSM-Forum

Hello !
Sir....
I recently bought furious gold new box,when i connect my box to PC usb port it ask me to install drivers for USB<>SERIAL converter and USB<>SERIAL port,No drivers for Usb Dongle 32

Tried a different Pc as well but no Usb Dongle 32 drivers

And the error is No card Reader(s) Found ...

Any solution sir,box is brand new

In Maintrace Programm all Driver inside

Check if mass storage it's found, if not open box and change dongle from that usb port

You mean should i open my box and connect the dongle directly to the pc Usb port ?

There is no dongle inside box

Contact ur seller and change ur box to resseler

Weird as box may include dongle, maybe in new box it's integrated in pcb
