Lg ks 360 not connecting

hi
i have a lg ks 360 to unlock.im trying to unlock with FG...LG OMAP
com port and software is correct.but phone is not connectin with the software.
when iam pressing power on phone is getting power on..using fg 047 cable..
any other driveres???
please help..

Which comport do you use? And which version of software

If it is a new set the Cable 47 is faulty. I have 10 Furious Gold boxes (New White One) and GPG cables are faulty for KE500. They don't work. Just replace the cable and it will start working.;)

agree i bought one couple of weeks ago... surely there is problem in KE500 cable.. work fine with infinity as interface...
