NOT SOLVED!!!I have this furious dongle now for like 2 month and purchased specifically to use LG Shark. Always comes back with NO CODE. I spent like $300 on this thing and have not been able to use it once. I am still buying codes off ebay. I would love to get my money back to continue to buy codes or purchased a box thats more reliable. SMH

Man be a seriouse now all LG servers are down even lgtool then when supplier solve this all service will work again need wait 7-14days after new year this service is depent on LG and if LG not working noone can give you working code.
