lg x525 q60 unlock error and discount credit 2 times

soport i try to unlock this lg and phone was not unlocked and discount my credit first time and second time i try to unlock
credit has gone and phone no unlocked
first time phone stuck on lg logo and software say done and no unlocked
after i try second time and discont again
phone still locked
