Orange San Remo flash error


I am trying to flash Orange San Remo, customer says that phone showed "Cripted Softwear" and gone dead, now only blue led. But i am getitng error while flashing. I've tried with this firmwares
6030A-2[X=A,B,C,D]LDUS1.osp
6030D-2[X=A,B,C,D]ALKE1.osp
6030X-2[X=A,B,C]RGRO3.osp
but same error at all. Is it posible to bring it to live?

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5

It's an hw fault. Seems the memory chip gone bad
