Once you read the MEP + IMEI from phone, you have to go on your account, click 'Send IMEI' then select MEP method.

i don't know how some people do not understand. This is a simple phone info reader for blackberry. And yes it's FREE. You can't unlock phones with this software you can only read info such as MEP NAME and IMEI
