Im not sure wich button is the volume one because its a mobiwire smilyphone. If im not mistaken its an android phone and the volume is lowered or increased in the top notification panel just like all you would do for the brightness in a samsung galaxy device.

the phone is android based you can service it also using mtk reader selecting second option
