Nokia 2.2 ta-1188 cant connect!!

I am trying to remove screen passoword on a nokia 2.2 and unfortunately i cant seem to connect it. Here is the log

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1813.3
Engine version 1.0.0.5204
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off with volume down pressed to the usb cable]
Phone detected (USB Modem Driver (COM30)) (Driver version: 5.0.2153.1)
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM30
Connecting;
Downloading DA;
Initializing;
ERROR: STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

I even tried FRP remove and still i get the same error.What is it i could be doing wrong??

This is an old version. Use latest.
