Nokia 215 TA-1272 user lock

I need to reset user lock in this phone.
I tried to do Format File System in Diag mode but getting this error

For an successful connection do the following:
1. Connect the phone powered off with the battery inside to the usb cable

Any info how to unlock this phone?

Make the format from the BOOT MODE. And when diag mode used you dont need to press any buttons

I tried it before but I've been pressing left arrow key instead of left soft key
