OneTouch MPOP - Unlock Error [SOLVED]

Hi,

model: onetouch 5020x
5020X-2BC9PC1

Have installed MTK USB com port driver and restarted and still get this error.

Used MTKReader_v1.0.0.600, By model then selected OT-5020

Seriously .Do you actually read the logs you post ? You have the unlock code shown there code_cat_n: 36409712

Would have been nice if the logs did say 'these are your unlock codes' rather than something a beginner would not understand. Please be so kind to provide manuals so we could be able to read them and understand what the logs mean.

For your information, I had to pay for the unlock code through another service because I was not able to understand the logs.

But then again.. we all learn from our mistakes. Now I know more about your tools.
