alcatel 1013x unlock problem

as mention in title i tried with otzflasher but phone is not connecting either usb/alcatel c701 serial cable . so i take it to one expert guy he spend whole day after says it can't be unlocke. he says he tried with even codes but dosen't work.

so i think this phone is challenge for sir hackrack to unlock. but one thing don't understand why its not going in meta mode or flash mode. i knw sir hackrack can do this

please look for this phone sir if you need one i can send it to you
