VIP Account Expired Early!

Why did my VIP account expire early? I purchased it on May 10th and it is now June 9th, which is one full day early! Issue with the server timing I guess?

It is supposed to expire June 10th, 00:30:05 my local time.

If I look at your server time:
The recurring charge menu states the purchase was made 2011-05-10 19:29:02 (May 10th, 7:29pm) your local time BUT it is only 2AM (June 10) in Hong Kong!

Perhaps it was because of the server change?

Paypal time has nothing to do with server time. As i know i counts 30 days from activation time. As for auto renew maybe no funds ?

A "Month" is not always 30 days. Maybe you should state "30 days" rather than "a month" to make it more clear.

365/12 is aprox 30 days. This way the service works same time all the year. No matter how many days has one month

You are not accounting for the extra 5 days in the year (12X30=360, 5 left over). My account expired on the 9th and was not usable for an entire day. I went to purchase the VIP package again yesterday (June 9th) but then it renewed again today even after selecting your cancel subscription button (June 10, which is one calender month after purchase), so there was a double charge.

Your cancel subscription button did/does not work.

Thats not the point. If there is a feature stating that it will do something, it should work. Its like stating "real time" BB calculation and getting the code 8 hours later which is another issue.

WEll about monthly subscriptions contact paypal. Anyway you can cancel from your paypal account.

About 8h delay include information please. Hiding information it's similar to lie.

Hack3r2k explained you that this was an issue generated by a electrical storm that left him without current at home. No current = no server. If you discover a way to move a server without current please let me know as all the scientifics and me are pretty interesting.

With the amount of delays and issues I doubt that this is caused by nature at every instance. I have seen 4 significant delays this week alone with at least 3 per week within the last month. The DNS switchover is a reasonable expectation for delays but why not make a notification page when in the VIP page and notify people that there is an issue?

I had several codes to process yesterday. They were registered on the server starting at 20:48 they were responded to at 16:04:19.

If the server was down then why did it state as "server: online"?

There is also an issue with the cancel subscription button.

In regards to subscriptions from what I understand is that the VIP servers payment system is placed at intervals of 30 days where Paypal subscriptions are by calender month (28 to 31 days, depending on the month). When a person purchases in a month with 31 days that person will not receive service for the last day (the 31st) as Paypal will charge on the 1st while your server requires payment on the 31st. This just happened to me. The account expired and I went to pay for another month yesterday, then the subscription auto-renewed today, so I essentially paid twice....

Obviously there is a timing/dating issue between the server and Paypal.
