Hello,
The last 2 days,I 've been trying to start the BBERRYST.exe latest version and I can't.Maintenance shows that pack 4 is programmed on my device but the applet does not start!!
What can be wrong?

What is the error? I guess you are using an old version or programmed wrongly the dongle or the third option it's that you didn't open as admin the soft

Here we go:
Two photos showing what is happening.
Pack 4 is programmed on the device.Maintenance says pack 4 programmed ok.
I also made repair to the dongle.
Win Xp SP3,and running as admin of course.
And bberryst.exe is latest version 1.0.0.1180.
