ZTE blade A51 unlock failed [SOLVED]


Good day,






I tried to unlock Zte Blade A51 but failed
the log:


Engine version 1.0.0.5343
Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Connect the phone powered off with the battery inside to the usb cable
Phone detected (@oem267.inf,%usbcomm_dl%;SPRD U2S Diag) (Driver version: 4.19.38.135)
Preparing to sync;
Port opened [COM34];
Entering diagnostic mode;
ERROR: SCI USB2Serial port open failed;



Any help?

Phone must be connected powered off to usb. no buttons pressed. power it on and off and retry

Yes,after few times replug job done
problem solve

Guess the phone port issue.
