Cant change imei - cant get phone id - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone, I've followed all instructions to the letter on youtube tutorials to changing an imei but when i do it i get this message
ERR_MSG: Can't get phone id ! Unsupported model for current task !

can anyone help ?

in brief: i've clicked fast code disabled
got the generator to give me a new imei and pin, entered my MEP and clicked Do job

I noticed some others have had this problem online but there are no answers

PLEASE HELP

New phone security, means not supported for such operations

Furious Gold website says it is capable of doing it...

Well we can't put all the details.

New phones, not new firmware inside phones.

85x0, 95x0, 97x0, 8900, 9000 and others that maybe I don't know are not supported because of new security

No, can't have their imei changed (apart that in most of the countries it's ilegal)

Also, when the module was released all the phones were supported or nearly all because were old security

it seems unfair that you don't mention that - when thats one of the key aspects of the product.

But one question, when you go to a store you buy without ask? We are always answering any possible questions to users.

By the way there is no box in the market that is going to do the function that you are looking for

what does that mean

and i bought it direct from Furious Gold.. so who would i ask for a refund if not you??

Well Product manager not supporter

Product Manager = FuriousTeam, hack3r2k

Means it's signed and can't run the loader, or something like that.

Well with a RSA sign means no option to access to read and write, means access blocked.

So it's difficult to discover a hole of security to access
