when i need to conect a my blackbery
for flash the programme of flash demand
password of phone***( look picture pls ).
pls tel me how to remove this password

1.turn phone on without connecting it to the computer.
2.when phone ask for password enter any password of your choice
3.repeat step 2 until phone resets and ask for new password
4.enter new password
5.contect to computer
6.when prompted for password enter your new password
