Would be nice to try with usb cable to do DUMP ME or try to open it to check what has inside

I use a usb cable and when click one the dump me, blocked :
Software engine version: 1.0.0.3251
Searching phone ...

I have install all driver and loader com 60 and 81, I have try com60 and com81 but not find phone.
Please help me.
