getting this message if i try to download from support please help

downloading speed 4kb pr second approx time 8 hours to download 114mb OTsmart setup
hopefully server will b back with full speed soon

it worked nicely today new OTsmart downloaded and huawei LYO-L02C718B124 new security unlocked successfully
server is back with full speed
