I BUY activate BUT When i want to update show eroor

i bought a new blackberry dongle and when i want to open bberryst.exe it says "update is required" and when i want to update the pack 4 it gives me the following error:

on gold store it says BLACKBERRY TOOL DONGLE PACK4 ALREADY ACTIVATED but still i get the same message on maintenance:

how many blings do u have ?

i just bought the dongle and it says "Connect your Furious-Gold to your computer for browsing this website to enjoy all the features" how can i check the blings???

Hehe bro pay for ur pack 4+5 so u could avail the services;)

i didnt asked for pack 5 and for pack 4 i have already paid for the blackberry dongle and the supplier told me that i dont need to pay for the activation. also on the furious gold website it says that the dongle is already activated.

i dont know what is wrong thats y i need help from support.
