Big problem with support!! - GSM-Forum

Hi.I have problem with support.I buy activation for service pack 5 - 6 mounth ago ,you must to add 1 year support after this .You did not do this ,and I asked you for this problem.You say that all will be ok and you add 1 year suppor at near time,but you did not did it.Now I have not support,but I must to have it .Please add 6 mouns support for me .I'm very need this.Thank you.
