QCOM Smart Tool ZTE Phone unlocking error: Unknown/unsupported brand

I was able to unlock the ZTE Z221, Z222 and Z331, but not other models, especially the adroid phones. Here's some of the models I cannot unlock, with the error log quoted. In all cases I did not insert a SIM card, enabled USB debugging, and try to unlock with ADB mode.

BEcause why you blindly mark ADB mode connection !? Those models are supported over diag on FTM mode and the unlocking for them is not supported

I am not sure if I understand you correctly. Your website says that these models can be unlocked by cable with QCOM smart tool. If it is tha case, can you give me specific instructions, or give me a link? I don’t have much experience with this tool.

FTM mode is entered using VOLUME DOWN+POWER. And as i said the unlocking for those models is not supported and never announced. Also don't mix module features with the supported features for the phones. For some unlocking is supported for some not. you can find the supported models and features on the module description on the manual pdf which comes inside the module archive

As i said those are the module features and for those zte models unlock is not supported. can very well see that in the news
