..::Step by step Unlocking Instructions for Toshiba 803T,902T,903T,904T::..
 
1.Use original USB cable,which goes together with phone or NEC N8 cable(same as for unlock Sharp GX15,GX25)

2.Start "TS803_usb-driver_setup.exe" from "USB Drivers" folder and install drivers for phone.
WARNING : Drivers and software works only on Windows XP,Windows 2000.

3.Connect USB cable to phone and power ON phone.Wait until Windows will find phone and will finish drivers installing.

4.Go to "Start"-Settings"-"Control Panel"-"System"-"Hardware"-"Device Manager"-"Modems" and look
what ComPort is selected for "Toshiba 803 modem" or for "VODAFONE 902T modem".For this do next:
right click with mouse at "Toshiba 803 modem" or "VODAFONE 902T modem"
- in the opened submnenu select "Properties"
- in the "Properties" submenu select "Modem"

5.Start software and select same ComPort.Press "Connect" and
when software will read phone info,press "Direct unlock".
6.WARNING : Software can't recognize phone if phone code is set,in this case
phone writes on display "Phone lock".For working with software you need to
dissable phone lock,try main code "9999" or ask phone's owner what phone code is set.

Using RESET SECURITY AND SPC codes will be resetted by default to 0000.

all shown
at com 6

now i run he program
click do job
searching phone ......
time needed 00;00;00
sir....

just like that ................what is wrong ??

my fgbox at com port 1
at command (7)
obex (8)

what will i do ??????????

U tell u select port 6 and phone not detected ? If so is verry strange. Must have a closer look to 904T. ALso what exact drivers u instaleld ? 803 standard or 803 for SFR ?

Offcourse LOCK must be OFF else can't communicate with phone.

Just ignore that. Is because phone is resetted in programming mode. Remove batt and put vack thats all.
